A safe and social environment with good coffee and good company!
Since July 1, 2010, Stickans Peer support has been run on the upper floor of the old pump house at Östra Storgatan 85 D in Jönköping. The waves of the water, the rays of the sun, the whipping of the rain and some snow have passed since then and many beach guests have visited outside the house where we stay.
Peer support is about being a support in everyday life for a fellow human being. We are at hand for anyone looking for help and support, regardless of who they are or what their background is. We see man here and now!
Stickans Peer support is open to you every weekday excluding weekends from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Within IOGT-NTO, it is well known that coffee is important. So you can come up to us and have a coffee, talk a little and maybe get a piece of food that we get from a restaurant.
We can arrange conversation groups in various forms, have individual conversations, activities in the form of health care, simple competitions or a good time. All this according to the needs and wishes of the visitors.
Some people need help with papers from various authorities, support during various visits and help with shopping, and here we are also an asset.
